Why is the video player sometimes blank or black? Some internet providers may block access to certain video servers. Try refreshing the page, selecting another server, or changing your DNS settings (for example, Cloudflare DNS 1.1.1.1).
I cannot find the movie or TV series I want. If a title is not currently available, you can send us a suggestion through the Contact page. We will try to add it when a source becomes available.
Does Filmotip host movies or TV series on its own servers? No. Filmotip does not host or store video files on its own servers. Video content is loaded from external third-party sources.
Can I change the video quality? Available quality options depend on the selected video server. Some sources allow manual quality selection while others adjust automatically to your connection speed.
A movie or episode does not work. What can I do? First refresh the page or select another available server. If the issue continues, report it through the Contact page so we can check the source.
Why are there multiple viewing servers? Some titles have more than one source. If one server is unavailable or slow, you can switch to another.
Where does movie and TV information come from? Information such as titles, descriptions, posters, cast and ratings is provided through the TMDB API. Filmotip is not officially connected to, endorsed by, or certified by TMDB.
